Interested in living at Blue Sky Villa?  The procedure is simple!  Just request and complete our application process, show proof that all household members are age 55 and older, and we will process your applications (which includes prior landlord references, if available).  Once the application has been approved, we will ask you to demonstrate proof that your income or assets supports a monthly cash flow that is two (2) times the monthly rent of the home you choose.  It's that simple!  Our attentive staff can assist you during a visit or over the phone with any questions you may have.
